People join the Auxiliary for many reasons. They like to apply their skills in work which serves the community. They enjoy the social interaction and friendships formed. People discover meaningful activities which continue into or begin at retirement. They are committed to maintaining our hospital as a strong community institution of excellence, quality and service. Commitments have considerable flexibility in amount of time, nature of activity and schedule.

The Auxiliary is for anyone who likes to organize, create, cook, network, write, edit, speak in public or just contribute to our community. There is no time requirement to be on the Auxiliary and to be on the Auxiliary you do not have to be a volunteer.

The CDH Auxiliary has been helping patients and the hospital for more than 100 years. Your payment of $10 for an individual or $15 per couple provides you with a membership to a vital organization.
