Visit the Adult Hospitalist Program here.
The Cooley Dickinson pediatric hospitalists are highly qualified, board-certified pediatric clinicians who provide 24-hour medical care to children ages newborn to 18 years of age. The pediatric hospitalists also attend deliveries and provide newborn care.
Our pediatric hospitalists are available immediately to treat clinical conditions as they arise and provide ongoing testing and monitoring as needed. The pediatric hospitalists also provide consultations to the emergency medicine providers and other specialists.
Our pediatric hospitalists provide family-centered care and coordinate your child's care child with your pediatrician, keeping him or her informed of the child's condition, progress, and plans for discharge. If your child needs to be transfered to another medical facility, the pediatric hospitalist will discuss the transition with you and coordinate with Cooley Dickinson's nursing and case management teams.
Feel free to contact the pediatric hospitalist caring for your child should you have any questions. To speak with our program coordinator, call (413) 582-2792.
