Biography

Joanne Levin, MD, practices infectious disease medicine in Northampton. She is a graduate of the SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine and completed her residency, and a general Internal medicine fellowship at Rhode Island Hospital. Dr Levin completed her Infectious Disease fellowship at Boston University Medical Center and Baystate Medical Center. She has achieved Board Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine, with subspecialty certification in infectious diseases. Dr. Levin is the medical director of infection prevention at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Dr. Levin is part of the MGH program for fecal transplantation for patients with recurrent C difficile diarrhea.
