Biography
Dr. Chabot graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1980 with a B.S. in Zoology. She attended Tufts Medical School in Boston, graduating in 1984, and then completed her pediatric residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Since 1987, Dr. Chabot has practiced pediatric primary care, largely in the Pioneer Valley. Additionally, Dr. Chabot is an instructor of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and a certified Health & Wellness Coach with a special interest in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. Dr. Chabot joined Sleep Medicine Services of Western Massachusetts in the Spring of 2014 and serves as the Coordinator of Pediatric Sleep Medicine. She is board-certified in pediatrics, a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine’s pediatric subcommittee.
