You can have fun and help local kids who need care!

Each year, over 9,000 newborns to teens receive services through our Childbirth Center, Emergency Department, Inpatient and Pediatric Rehabilitation programs. By supporting this fundraiser, you're helping kids get better and have a healthy start in life. So far, thanks to school groups and over 20 businesses, more than $10,000 has been raised. (Click here to view the list of past participating businesses.) We hope you'll join us this year!

 There are three easy ways to participate:

1. Visit the spiral wishing well at the Hampshire Mall food court.
People love to watch coins they donate spin around in circles, seeming to defy the laws of gravity as the coins descend the nearly vertical walls of the vortex funnel in the spiral wishing well

2. Donate your spare change to the TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank® locations on Main Street in Northampton, Amity Street in Amherst, and Newton Street in South Hadley. The TD Bank Penny Arcade machine will sort your coins for free – you do not have to be a TD Bank customer – then take your receipt to the teller and make your donation.

3. Offer Cooley bears for a donation. 
Is your school, church youth group or club looking for a fun community service project? Collect spare change, offer teddy bears for a donation or host a spiral wishing well and help local kids who need care. We provide all the supplies and promotional materials at no cost! Get your Cooley Cares Bear at Burger KingBusinesses – show your customers that you care about kids! Become a sponsor, offer cute paper and/or stuffed teddy bears for a donation or host the spiral wishing well. We'll include your name in our promotions and provide all the supplies at no cost.
