Coumadin (warfarin), a blood thinner. This medication is prescribed to prevent and treat blood clots.

With a physician's referral, you have access to convenient appointments and immediate test results/instructions. Clinic staff collaborate with Dr. George Bowers, a medical oncologist/hematologist. In the clinic, our experienced registered nurses
- perform finger-stick blood tests and interpret the results;
- adjust your dosage, as needed; and
- provide education about interactions with diet and other medications, and communicate with your physician about your results.
