NORTHAMPTON – The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) at Cooley Dickinson Hospital is looking for new members.

Members are needed who can represent the needs and wishes of our diverse community.  PFAC members make a commitment to a monthly council meeting (except July and August) and participate in additional sub-committee efforts.

The PFAC is comprised of patients and family members who have the desire to use their experience and skills to help the hospital in a number of ways, such as serving on the council or in other advisory roles. The mission of the PFAC is to advise the hospital on matters including, but not limited to, patient and provider relationships, hospital review boards, quality improvement initiatives and community education.
