My Test Results
In order to ensure your confidentiality, hospital staff members cannot give out the results of laboratory tests or X-rays over the phone, as we cannot verify your identity. Please follow these simple procedures to obtain your test results:
For Laboratory Results
Call your follow-up physician (the physician whose name is written at the top of your yellow discharge instructions sheet) a few days after your Emergency Department visit. The physician will have a copy of your Emergency Department record, including the laboratory test results.
You may also obtain your laboratory results by bringing a photo ID card such as a driver's license to the Laboratory Department (use the Locust Street Entrance) on the first floor of the hospital Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday between 9 a.m. and noon.
For X-ray Results
You may obtain results or copies of your X-rays by bringing a photo ID such as a driver's license to the Radiology Department (use the new Main Entrance) on the ground floor Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. You can call 582-2101 prior to coming to pick up your X-rays so that they will be waiting for you.
If you have specific questions not covered here, please let us know.
