Bladder Control Program

Many cases of urinary incontinence can be successfully treated and managed.

The Rehabilitation Department has specially trained physical and occupational therapists on staff who will provide education and instruction in a private and caring environment without requiring an internal examination. While our innovative program may include traditional Kegel exercises, our focus is on strengthening weak hip muscles and quieting the "nervous" bladder. We assess dietary habits to determine if you are irritating your bladder by what you are eating and drinking.

Improvements are often seen within one to two weeks and increased control within one month.

We recommend you ask physician for a referral to our program and then call one of our sites to set up an appointment. With a referral from your physician, most major insurances will cover our treatment.

We look forward to working with you.
